About the event
Please join Kid Ruhls for the 1st annual Kid-Tucky Derby, benefitting Children's Mercy Hospital PICU expansion! We are so excited to introduce you to this one of a kind event that is the perfect family fun day! Come and enjoy carnival like activities, create crafts, watch the "horse races", bid on incredible silent auction items, and enjoy something to eat.
Kid Ruhls is so excited to unleash this event for our first charity campaign. Children's Mercy Hospital greatly impacted out family when our youngest baby had to spend several weeks in the NICU. The hospital, staff, and volunteers made sure that we were welcomed, stress free, and encouraged, the entire stint of our stay, which was one of the scariest moments of our lives. We feel so fortunate and blessed to have a children's hospital around that goes above and beyond for not only the patients, but their family members as well.
